Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her assist and motivation to improving South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) solutions in the course of an engagement along with the agency's senior supervisors at a strategic arranging session in Cape Town.

Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the various social grant beneficiaries, who excelled in the 2024 matric examinations.

With the 724 156 full-time learners who registered for that National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, symbolizing 81% on the registered pupils in the education and learning sector.

These learners achieved a commendable pass rate of 86%.
